Fulham are almost there…but not quite

May 9, 2009 By mabbs 12 Comments

I know today’s results weren’t ideal, but I think I would have settled for a point at Everton before the game. The real disappointment was the fact Villa’s woeful form continued as did Fulham’s excellent form at home. All credit to them, Fulham probably deserve a place in the Europa League next season but football tends not to work like that. A lot of neutrals would argue Spurs don’t deserve it, but I couldn’t care less!

West Ham are one nil down at home to Liverpool as I write, still have to go to Everton and their last game is at Upton Park against Middlesbrough. If Boro can still stay up at that point, it’s going to be a real tough match for the Hammers.

It might be a slim chance, but there is still a chance for Spurs to steal 7th spot. I’m confident of a win against Man City then anything can happen at Liverpool with their title challenge over.

Fulham may be in the driving seat this afternoon, but it’s not over yet…

Fulham are unlikely to get anything out of their last two games

What against an everton team at home (who have nothing to play for and the cup final the next week) and against a very poor newcastle team who don’t know where there next goal let alone 3 points are coming from? You think they are unlikely to get anything from their last 3? Good luck with that.

Gooner 4 life, its not over yet pal, weve beat Liverpool twice already this season, whats to say we cant do it again…

As for spending 60m, at least we got ambition, not like your fcucking pedo wanker of a coach who dont know how to spend money unless it involves getting a 14 year french player in to play with until old enough to sell…

I cannot wait until the tide changes and our league positions are switched because of Arsenals lack of spending…

AMBITION? YOU SPEND MOST OF THIS SEASON FIGHTING RELGATION!!! WHAT IS YOUR AMBITION? TO SURVIVE IN THE PREM EVERY YEAR? ARE YOU NOT EMBARASSED THAT A CLUB LIKE FULHAM WHO DONT HAVE THE FINANCES LIKE YOU ARE ABOVE YOU??? FOREVER IN OUR SHAWDOW!!!!!!!!!!

Yea that being because of the manager we had at the time… Not fighting relegation now are we???

Not forgeting we had another cup final to focus on.

Survial every year??? Do you follow football at all?

We finished 5th 2 seasons running with Martin Jol, then had an average season last year in the league, BUT nowhere near relegation…

Granted you finish higher than us in the league, but we have won more than you lately, you havent beat us for quite some time, we smashed the sh8t out of you 5-1 and put 4 past you at the library… You Arsenal fans always have to start this sh*t off, but you know your days are nearly over.

AND WHEN MY LITTLE SPURS FRIEND DID YOU LAST BEAT US IN THE LEAGUE? OVER 10 YEARS AGO, HOW IS THAT A FUCKING RIVALRY???THE THING THAT US GOONERS FIND SO AMUSING IS THAT YOU SLAG ARSENAL OF FOR FINISHING 4TH AND GETTING TO A CHAMP LEAGUE SEMI FINAL, YET IF YOU HAD JUST HAD THE SEASON WE HAVE HAD YOU WOULD BE WANKING YOURSELVES SILLY AND ASKING FOR ‘ARRY TO BE KNIGHTED. YOU TALK ABOUT FINISHING 5TH LIKE ITS SOME MASSIVE ACHIEVEMENT, LOOK AT THE FUCKING MONEY YOU HAVE SPENT. WE SPEND PEANUTS AND YOU STILL CANT GET ANYWHERE NEAR US IN THE LEAGUE!!

    5th is a massive achievment considering Tottenham’s past 10 years….

Beating your lot 5-1, beating Liverpool twice this season, beating Chelsea this season, making 2 finals in 2 seasons all achievements considering every other c8nt out there says Spurs are sh8t…

We have a squad now that everyone knows is a force to be recond with now, and next season wih a couple of signings, people like you will see…

Im not gonna argue with you on this, especially as you just made me laugh with the Arry knighted bit…

You gave me the hump coming on a Spurs blog and giving it like a kid.
